Register Your Child for Bus Transportation

All new AND returning CSE parents whose children require bus transportation must complete the Transportation Registration Form. You must complete the form even if your child was registered for the bus last year.

You may submit the completed form by email, mail or by dropping it at your child’s school.

To email the form, fill in the form on your computer, save it and email it as an attachment to k.mcintosh@charterschool.com.
