Parents will support the teachers and the administration of the school and will follow through at home to make certain their children live up to their school commitments and obligations.
Morning Care Program
The Charter Schools of Excellence™ offer a Morning Care Program between 7:30 and 8:15 a.m. to allow parents to drop off their children early. Children are served breakfast and work on their homework or play games under the supervision of two teacher associates.
The cost of the Morning Care Program is $95.00 per month or $15.00 per day, plus a $5.00 registration fee.
After School Enrichment and Tutoring Program
The Charter Schools of Excellence™ offer an After School Academic Tutoring Program, STAR (Supplemental Tutoring and Reading), from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. that includes homework help, snack, tutoring and guided academic activities. Beginning teachers and teacher associates supervise the program.
The cost of the After School Academic Enrichment Program is $165 per month or $25.00 per day, plus a $10.00 registration fee.
Florida’s School Readiness Program or SR offers financial assistance to eligible low-income families for early education and care so they can become financially self-sufficient and their young children can be successful in school in the future. Services vary based on individual needs and range from extended day care to after-school and school-age care in some instances.
This program is offered through the Florida State Office of Early Learning.
